    2、確定油路暢通,柴油機供給系統沒有空氣后,可拆開油泵蓋板,扳動操縱手柄,撥動油泵拉桿,看拉桿是否靈活和柱塞彈簧是否斷裂。在拉桿靈活和柱塞彈簧沒斷的情況下,可啟動柴油機中速運轉10分鐘,還有斷火現象時,可用一只銅榔頭輕輕敲擊輸油泵大螺帽,一邊敲一邊聽柴油機聲音,如果聲音不正常,說明輸油泵活塞和推桿發卡,進行修理或更換。低壓油流暢通后,可用手壓泵排除油路中的空氣,打開泵頭放氣螺釘,直到沒有氣泡時,方可上緊放氣螺釘。
